The contents of the Handbook abide by a classical academic approach to Commercial Law. It begins with a conceptual delimitation of the commercial legal framework and then analyses the legislation that controls or delimits the concept and the activity of businesspersons in economic transactions. The Handbook of Spanish Business Law is specifically appropriate for the bilingual Degree in Law. Nevertheless, it may also be used in other areas where Commercial Law has an important role, such the economic, business administration and management or tourism, to name a few. The publication of this Handbook will facilitate the work of our students in their study of comparative Spanish and international legal systems. It it will also be useful to all kind of researchers and practitioners in their first approach to the Spanish Commercial legal system.
